Law Firm Seeking Business Development Specialist in Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Santa Monica

Overview:
Fenwick, a leading law firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in a business development role, with a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of technology and legal industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare research and marketing materials for meetings with potential clients
- Assist in responding to proposals and completing postmortems on lost pitches
- Supervise data entry into CRM database
- Coordinate business development activities and meetings with internal and external parties
- Attend and secure speaking engagements at events and assist with event planning
- Manage and maintain a database of current and prospective clients
