Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid (Seattle, WA)
Experience: 3+ years as a commercial litigation paralegal
Fennemore, a full-service law firm with an impressive track record of success, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Seattle, WA office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial and corporate litigation cases while providing the flexibility of three days in-office each week. Responsibilities:
- Supporting attorneys with complex commercial and corporate litigation matters
- Collecting, organizing, and managing case evidence and materials, including electronic databases
- Reviewing, coding, and preparing document productions
- Drafting pleadings, court papers, and discovery documents
- Electronic court filing and preparation of materials
- Maintaining key document collections and witness materials
- Conducting research on court procedures, case materials, and other investigation materials
- Creating and maintaining case chronologies
- Assisting with trial preparation and support
- Communicating with clients, experts, and other third parties
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial litigation paralegal
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Previous law firm or in-house paralegal experience
- Knowledge of civil litigation rules and procedures
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with e-discovery and litigation support databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
