Your knowledge and experience in real estate transactions will be essential as you examine title commitments and coordinate the necessary documentation to satisfy all requirements. You will also maintain communication with clients and real estate agents to keep them updated on the progress of their transaction. Additionally, you will prepare documents for the lawyer's review to facilitate the real estate closing.
To be successful in this role, a degree in paralegal studies is preferred but not required. Previous experience as a real estate title processor or title agent is preferred, and knowledge of real estate processing software is recommended. Compensation for this position is based on experience and will range from $40,000 to $55,000 per year.
