Salary Information:
• Salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Experience Information:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting, preferably with experience in foreclosure.
• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape, and others is preferred.
• Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure preferred.
Position Summary:
The Paralegal - Foreclosure is responsible for supporting attorneys with the movement of files and providing timely and courteous communication with clients. This position also involves drafting legal documents and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drafting legal documents such as assignments, motions, and affidavits.
• Communicating with clients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and business associates.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting attorneys in a high volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Filing status updates and client declarations with the court.
• Monitoring for executed client declarations.
• Providing regular and timely client status updates.
• Following up on outstanding documents and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape, and others is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with all parties involved.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in internet research.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Prolonged time sitting at a desk typing, using, and looking at a computer.
