Job Responsibilities
The Products Liability/Class Actions Associate Attorney will be responsible for engaging in all phases of products liability litigation. This includes, but is not limited to, case management, motion practice, and discovery. The attorney will handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The role involves representing manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in federal and state courts, and may include acting as trial counsel or serving as regional or national coordinating counsel. The attorney will work across various sectors including the automotive industry, chemical companies, manufacturers of industrial machinery, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, food processors and retailers, and consumer products manufacturers.

Education and Experience Information
Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar and have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in products liability litigation. Strong research and writing skills are essential. While experience specifically in products liability law is preferred, candidates with excellent skills in any litigation arena and a demonstrated interest in products liability law are encouraged to apply.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is between USD $135, to USD $180, per year. In addition to competitive compensation, the law firm offers a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k with employer contribution, and a bonus for those who meet their minimum hourly requirement.
