Responsibilities:

- Handle commercial leasing matters for clients in various industries, with a focus on hospitality industry

- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to ensure excellent service for clients

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing
- Licensed to practice law in DC, Maryland and Virginia bar admissions are a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits:
