Job Description:

The successful candidate will be based out of the firm's Roseland office and must be admitted in New Jersey, with New York admission being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Representing management in NJ employment law litigation
- Providing counsel to management on NJ employment law matters
- Conducting internal investigations
- Presenting at conferences and client trainings
- Knowledge of traditional labor law

Qualifications:
- Admitted in New Jersey, with New York admission a plus
- Extensive knowledge of NJ employment law
- Experience representing management in employment law litigation
- Experience providing counsel to management on employment law matters
- Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct internal investigations
- Knowledge of traditional labor law
