Job Title: Finance and Restructuring Associate
Location: Multiple Offices (Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Washington DC, Wilmington)
Experience: 3-6 years in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents
- Advising on covenant compliance
- Leading due diligence teams
- Managing specialists
- Drafting documents
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions
- Excellent writing skills
- Superior academics
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
About the Finance & Restructuring Practice Group:
- Provides a full range of services to financial institutions, public and private companies, and private credit
- Hybrid position
Salary Information:
- Initial annual salary range: $180,000 - $315,000
- Actual initial salary may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors
- Additional components of total compensation and benefits package include: productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan
