The Position:
- Immediate opportunity for an Associate to join the Civil Litigation and Trial practice group at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. LLP
- Opportunity to work in Delaware, Baltimore or Philadelphia offices
- Legal practice in general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense
- Weekly travel to Delaware will eventually be required
The Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Delaware
- 5+ years of experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial
- Ideal candidate also licensed to practice in Maryland and/or Pennsylvania
- Strong writing skills and strategic thinking
- Experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense
