The prestigious law firm Fried Frank is seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to join our M&A / Private Equity team as associates. We have openings for classes of 2020 to 2017 in either NY or DC, and we require applicants to submit a deal sheet with their submission.

At Fried Frank, we value our attorneys and offer competitive market salaries to our associates. Our current base salary scale for associates is as follows:

- 1st year: $225,000
- 2nd year: $235,000
- 3rd year: $260,000
- 4th year: $310,000
- 5th year: $365,000
- 6th year: $390,000
- 7th year: $420,000
- 8th year: $435,000
