Paralegal The candidate will be drafting pleadings. Preparing discovery. Filing documents with the court. Preparing trial exhibits. Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies. Should preferably have Paralegal Certification. Must have 5+ years of family law experience in Pennsylvania and some pertinent educational background. Previous experience drafting legal documents, assisting Attorneys, completing legal work as assigned is needed. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel applications are needed. Demonstrating proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized is needed. Proven ability to maintain organization, confidentiality, and professionalism in a fast-paced ever-growing environment is a prerequisite.
