Virtual Personal Injury Paralegal (Remote) - Join Equivity!

Equivity, a nationwide virtual assistance company, is seeking an experienced paralegal with a passion for personal injury law. As a virtual personal injury paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide support to attorneys and clients across the country. If you have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law and are proficient in drafting legal documents and managing case files, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
- Organize and manage personal injury case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist attorneys with settlement preparation, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case progress.

Experience and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in personal injury law.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.
- Availability to respond to requests within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
- Quiet location for phone calls.
