Job Title: Investigations Counsel
Salary Range: $170,000-$225,000
Experience: 5+ years in complex commercial litigation or consumer class actions

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing potential cases and identifying key legal issues and strategies
- Drafting complaints and other legal documents for filing in court
- Collaborating with in-house computer forensic engineers to gather and analyze technical evidence in support of cases
- Assisting with the management and coordination of discovery and other pre-trial litigation activities
- Providing legal research and analysis to support the firm’s litigation efforts

Qualifications:

- JD degree and admission to a state bar
- Strong research and writing skills, with experience drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Creative and strategic thinking to identify and pursue new case opportunities
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to work with computer forensic engineers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for consumer protection and social justice issues

Experience with data privacy and security, technology, or cyber litigation is a plus. Experience with investigations and drafting complaints is preferred.
