As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our firm by helping us defend the rights of immigrants facing deportation. You will be responsible for preparing application packets for . Citizenship and Immigration Services, including forms such as I-130, I-485, N-400, I-821, and I-751. This will involve requesting supporting documents and criminal records, as well as ensuring all forms are filled out accurately and completely.

We are looking for applicants with at least 1 year of experience in preparing application packets for . Citizenship and Immigration Services. However, we are also willing to train applicants who possess strong writing skills, are analytical, and can read and follow instructions independently. The ability to handle a high volume of files is also a must. Fluency in Spanish is required and an excellent work ethic is essential.
