Assemble Trial Notebooks. Assemble Motions. Draft various correspondence to clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Heavy client contact over the telephone and in person. Scan, photocopy, and organize client files. Draft Stipulations of Settlement & Separation Agreements. Draft Pleadings. Legal Research. Assist with the firm's calendar on matrimonial & family law cases. E-file legal documents with the court. Assist the attorneys with other assignments, as needed. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
