- Responsibilities include defending employers in complex class actions, wage-and-hour lawsuits, and more
- Must be admitted in California and have strong academic credentials and skills
- Ideal candidate will have employment counseling and/or litigation experience
- Hybrid work environment and hands-on mentoring provided
- Competitive salary range of $175,000 to $210,000 annually
- Annual billable hours expectation of 1,850, including up to 100 hours of pro bono work

Job Title: Employment Associate
Location: Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco
Salary Range: $175,000 to $210,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in complex class, collective, and representative actions
- Handle single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits
- Provide advice and counsel on various employment issues
- Conduct workplace investigations and trainings

Requirements:
- Admitted in California
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Employment counseling and/or litigation experience preferred
- Robust litigation experience with interest in employment law also considered
