This San Jose firm splits its business into four general practice areas: corporate, trusts and estates, commercial litigation, and real estate. Although compensation is below market, the firm genuinely seems dedicated to its attorneys’ professional growth and social development; among other things, the firm’s attorneys enjoy a very solid training program and reasonable billable hour goals. The work environment is very relaxed - the firm has an everyday business casual dress policy and the firm’s partners maintain an “open-door policy.” The firm has also been recognized for its commitment to the growth of Silicon Valley as a community and a cultural center.
