Job Title: Insurance Associate at Law Firm in New York
Salary: $240,000-$275,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and reinsurance representation, as well as experience in regulatory and insurance transactional work. Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of insurance and reinsurance representation
- Conduct regulatory and insurance centric transactional work
- Litigate cases, including taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in court
- Work closely and independently with sophisticated clients
- Demonstrate strong organizational and writing skills
- Show good judgment in decision-making

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong experience in insurance and reinsurance representation
- Familiarity with insurance regulatory and transactional work
- Litigation experience and skills
- Admission to the bar
- Ability to work independently and with a team
