As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary client advisor, developing and implementing strategies based on the client's financial goals and working with a team to execute and advise on their needs. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing Key Bank clients.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs through financial data analysis and personal meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, both individually and as part of a team.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business.
- Participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of financial wealth management and brokerage investment advisory services and products.
- Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, acting professionally and ethically at all times.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of sales and business development experience with proven results.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) license required.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Wealth Strategist, and Licensed Attorney/JD (varies by state).
- Strong knowledge of investments, trust, and credit.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in personal computer applications.
