**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading investment bank, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Legal & Compliance team in either our Minneapolis or New York office. This role will provide legal advice on corporate, securities, and M&A matters and report to the Chief Counsel. The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, and transaction documents
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and requirements
- Participate in firm committees and manage outside counsel
- Assist with third-party and ancillary litigation matters
- Work on special projects as requested by internal clients

Requirements:

- Two to four years of experience in securities and M&A transactions
- Must be licensed in Minnesota or New York
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
