Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a variety of executive compensation and benefits matters, including tax, securities, and other relevant laws.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to executive compensation and benefits.
- Represent clients in negotiations and transactions related to executive compensation and benefits.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to executive compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on cases and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
- Strong academic background, including a . from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state in which the candidate will be practicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues is preferred.
