We are looking for a Paralegal with a Paralegal Certification and experience in probate administration. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to type 40 words per minute are also required.

As a Probate Paralegal, you will be responsible for processing probate administration cases from beginning to end. This includes guiding clients in gathering and inventorying their assets, preparing letters to clients and opposing counsel, and calendaring hearing dates and scheduling court calls. You will also be responsible for researching probate issues and assisting attorneys with related tasks.
