This is a full-time position that can be filled remotely or in any of their office locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy transformative solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure quality solutions for clients, practice teams, and administrative groups.
- Gather requirements and guide end users to a mutually beneficial solution for the firm and clients.
- Make recommendations for modifications, enhancements, replacements, and other improvements to the firm's web and portal applications.
- Act as the technical lead for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web and portal applications.
- Develop and maintain standard practices and metrics for site design, programming, and business systems analysis.
- Share knowledge with team members and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
- Provide quality assurance, testing, and documentation for web and portal applications.
- Act as a project manager for various projects and activities.
- Meet with vendors to discuss software product issues and stay current with the latest developments in software technology.
- Coordinate with other staff on issues related to the deployment of web and portal applications.
- Respond to user issues and provide feedback to Help Desk Analysts.
- Assist Help Desk Analysts and firm users after normal business hours.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including building enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom code.
- Experience developing Office 365 applications and solutions, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience creating end-to-end workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Nintex, K2, or other workflow technologies.

- Experience leading data migration initiatives from legacy systems to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Trade training preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, including JavaScript, front-end frameworks, HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
- Must have a good understanding and experience in building Office 365-connected solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience in building web parts, apps, page layouts, and content types using the O365 API and SharePoint Framework.
