- Experience with legal research and memo writing
- Knowledge or experience in bankruptcy law

Job Title: - Consumer Rights Project - Bankruptcy

Salary:
- Minimum of 15 hours per week
- Pay rate of per hour

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing issues in potential Chapter 7 cases
- Conducting legal research and writing memos
- Participating in client interviews
- Presenting cases at weekly case reviews

Requirements:
- Teaching experience in a bankruptcy community education class or completion of a bankruptcy course
- Strong passion for working with clients
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
- In-person position
