The OAG is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their General Litigation division. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and one year of full-time experience in Civil Litigation. The OAG offers excellent benefits and opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of Texans.

Essential functions for Legal Assistant III include drafting, preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, coordinating complex discovery documents, and assisting attorneys in trial preparation. Legal Assistant IV will also have trainer duties and responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and one year of full-time experience in Civil Litigation. Preferred qualifications include graduation from a legal assistant course and 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation. Applicants must be able to work in-person at the OAG location, travel up to 5%, and lift up to 30 lbs.
