Our law firm is seeking Patent Prosecution Scientific Analyst Interns for our offices in Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, and San Francisco. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and are interested in contributing to prosecution strategy. As a Patent Prosecution Scientific Analyst Intern, you will also have the opportunity to provide technical and legal research and analysis for matters pending before the . Patent and Trademark Office, as well as support for patent interference and litigation proceedings.
To be considered for this position, you must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, as well as top academic credentials. The internship period is 3 to 6 months, and can be either full-time or part-time. Part-time interns are required to work 20 hours per week.
