Law Firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 1 to 5+ years of experience in Securities Derivative/Delaware Court of Chancery Litigation.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, analytical and fact-digging skills, as well as the initiative and drive to win cases.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

- Draft comprehensive, fact-intensive complaints and legal briefs
- Perform critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues and write about them
- Develop case theory
- Work closely with the team

**Skills and Qualifications**

- 1 to 5+ years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation
- Experience representing parties in shareholder derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and other interesting corporate litigation issues
- Exceptional writing, analytical and fact-digging skills
- Stellar academics
- Initiative and drive to win cases
- Ability to solve complex puzzles and communicate solutions in writing
