Key Responsibilities:

- Open and review new legal referrals in our case management software
- Download necessary documents from client systems and PACER
- Ensure all required information and documents are present to proceed with the file
- Request any missing information and follow-up as needed
- Forward complete files to the appropriate department for handling
- Assist with additional projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

- required, prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet usage
- Organized and able to multitask effectively
