Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain client files
- Conduct case reviews and write summaries
- Prepare discovery requests and responses
- Maintain calendar and diary for trial preparation
- Review discovery responses and prepare exhibits for court
- Draft motions, agreements, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Experience with personal injury, discovery, and litigation preparation
- Paralegal degree or certificate preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proficient in Word and Excel
