Law Firm is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney to join our Corporate and Transactional group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent law school graduate or a 3L student to join a growing and dynamic law firm. The Associate Attorney will work closely with our experienced attorneys on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of corporate and transactional matters

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Assist with due diligence and document review for transactions

• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions

• Attend meetings and conference calls with clients and other attorneys

• Prepare and file legal documents with various government agencies

• Manage and organize legal files and documents

• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia

• No prior experience required, entry-level position

• Strong academic credentials, including a . from an accredited law school

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
