- The immigration practice group works with domestic and international corporations and businesses to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees
- The Client Support Specialist will work with a designated team of attorneys to support the overall operations of assigned client team(s)
- This is a fast-paced business immigration practice
- The Client Support Specialist will review caseload reports, assist with caseload reassignments and setting case priorities, and lead ongoing training initiatives
- Other responsibilities include triage and support of client case-related issues, driving client program improvement initiatives, and staying updated on immigration law changes
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of experience in high-volume business immigration, strong knowledge and skills related to immigration processes, training and mentoring skills, attention to detail, project management skills, and proficiency in MS Suite of products
- Specific client experience is a plus
