The Accounting Manager at Hooks Meng & Clement (HMC) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations at our law firm. This includes developing and executing financial strategies, preparing accurate financial statements, optimizing cash flow and accounts receivable processes, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accounting Manager will also manage the billing and collections teams and provide strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Optimize accounts receivable processes and cash flow to ensure the firm’s financial health
- Analyze financial data to assess profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate financial risks
- Manage the billing and collections teams to improve processes, reduce outstanding balances, and increase cash flow
