- Reporting to the AVP, Associate Counsel
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage complex litigation matters in various US and international jurisdictions
- Lead and manage all aspects of a broad worldwide portfolio of consumer and commercial litigation
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for the company
- Collaborate with internal business and legal stakeholders as well as external counsel
- Provide legal advice and support to senior management
- Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida bar
- Strong knowledge of trial, arbitration, and case management strategies
- Experience in developing data sources and KPIs related to litigation
- Proficient in using data analytics tools
