Foreclosure & Loss Mitigation Attorney The candidate will appear in Supreme, Surrogates and Federal Court to argue motions necessary for the successful completion of foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and other related default services matters. Communicate with clients and investors to effectuate loss mitigation resolutions, where applicable. Work with and oversee support staff. Draft assigned documents which include, but are not limited to, settlement and release agreements, payoff and reinstatement letters, status letters and other related loss mitigation correspondence. Should have 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State. Must be admitted in New York (EDNY and SDNY is a plus). Superior organizational skills are needed. Should have the ability to meet strict deadlines. Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff is needed. Eager to learn.
