Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of corporate transactional work, with a focus on private equity and M&A

- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide strategic advice to clients
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on private equity and/or M&A
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois bar
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
