The ideal candidate must be admitted to the Texas Bar and possess excellent research and writing skills. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and work closely with lead attorneys on a wide range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, and trial presentation
Use strategic thinking to meet client objectives
Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas
Maintain familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Admitted to the Texas Bar
Excellent research and writing skills
