We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Collaborate with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation
- Ensure alignment with firm's goals and objectives

Online and Offline Marketing:
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels
- Email marketing, website optimization, social media, print collateral, webinars, and in-person events
- Ensure alignment with AALRR's brand and target both existing and potential clients

Marketing Programs:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute exceptional marketing programs
- Enhance brand awareness, build relationships, generate leads, and drive new business

Campaign Management:
- Oversee development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor key performance metrics for effectiveness in achieving strategic objectives

Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
- Inform marketing strategies and drive greater awareness and market positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other internal departments and practice groups
- Gather information for strategic campaigns

Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize marketing tools and software to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Marketing automation platforms and analytics tools

Reporting and Analysis:
- Measure marketing performance with data-driven insights
- Refine strategies for continuous improvement
- Focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing services
- Strong focus on strategy, awareness, relationship building, and lead generation
- Ability to translate client needs into marketing programs
- Excellent team player and project management skills
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Highly dynamic and flexible with passion for marketing
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of legal industry is a plus

Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000
