Law Firm Seeking Experienced Employment Associate in Silicon Valley, Tri-Valley, or Peninsula

Are you an experienced employment law associate looking for a new opportunity? **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a well-respected law firm in the Silicon Valley area, is hiring a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to join our Employment Law group. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic team, providing advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on hiring, terminations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secrets, managing employees, leaves of absence, and wage and hour law
- Draft employee handbooks, nondisclosure agreements, arbitration agreements, and separation agreements
- Litigate cases involving wrongful termination, class and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract

Location:

This position may be based in our Tri-Valley (Pleasanton), Peninsula (San Mateo) or Silicon Valley (downtown San Jose) office. However, at least 2 days a week must be spent in our San Jose office for the first 6-12 months. Occasional travel to other offices may be required to support attorneys in all locations. After an initial orientation and training period, we are open to considering a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of employment law experience (litigation and/or advice and counsel work)
- Prior experience handling client matters with supervision (private firm experience preferred)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate work
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow

Requirements:

Must be a current member in good standing of the State Bar of California.

Salary Information:

The base salary for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
