This role requires 2-5 years of experience in public, project, or other finance transactions, and offers a salary range of $210,000 - $305,000.

The Public and Project Finance Group at Ballard Spahr represents a variety of clients, including borrowers/developers, investment banks, investors, issuers, and lenders. They specialize in public and project finance transactions, such as renewable energy, housing, health care, water/sewer, and education facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in public and/or project finance documentation and/or tax equity.

Ballard Spahr is known for giving significant responsibility to young associates, providing them with substantial client contact and a strong emphasis on teamwork. Associates are also encouraged to participate in marketing and business development, allowing for personal interaction with clients at conferences and other events. A bar license in CO, MN, and PA is preferred for this role.
