Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and file various forms with USCIS, Immigration Court, and other immigration agencies
-Assist with family-based petitions, adjustment of status, provisional waivers, naturalization, and U-Visas
-Draft motions for filing with the Immigration Court
-Communicate with clients and gather evidence to support their case
-Manage case deadlines and organize case information using our case management software

Requirements:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
-Minimum education of college degree or equivalent
-At least 1 year of experience as an Immigration Paralegal

Salary Information:
