Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients for family law and bankruptcy matters without providing legal advice.
- Follow a structured consultation script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in client interactions.
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and clearly explaining the next steps in the process.
- Oversee the client journey from consultation through full payment, including follow-up and nurturing leads who may need more time to commit.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the case management system, Lawcus, emphasizing the importance of documentation.
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to case initiation.
- Engage with clients over the phone and in person to provide information on family law and bankruptcy services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for attorneys to optimize client meetings.
- Follow up with clients to gather necessary information and updates for their cases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling legal services to existing clients.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, with performance-based bonuses available for exceeding key engagement and conversion benchmarks.
Education and Experience Information:
- 2+ years of experience in phone sales.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in B2C sales.
- Ability to follow a set sales process.
- Experienced in sales or client engagement is strongly preferred, particularly in a high-touch sales or client relations role.
Salary Information:
- Base Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 per year.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to engagement and conversion benchmarks.
