Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Operations department stakeholders on legal and regulatory standards, contract interpretation, and other legal matters
- Focus on United States with flexibility to work in other regions as needed
- Collaborate with compliance partners and develop expertise in multiple areas
- Engage in transactional work such as contract negotiation, drafting, and review
- Communicate clearly and concisely to an executive audience
- Develop internal client relationships and become a trusted legal advisor
- Stay curious and continuously learn through engagement with real-time questions, expert advice, and self-study
- Understand corporate law, structure, governance, and risk management
