As a Real Estate Litigation Counsel at the law firm of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases in the areas of real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, and related civil litigation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a valid Bar license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, particularly in real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs, and providing them with essential advice
- Strategizing on the best ways to resolve clients' cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner
- Drafting legal pleadings, including complaints, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Making court appearances on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

- Admission to the New Jersey Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate law
- Excellent writing skills
