*Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office, with offices in Billings, Montana; Denver, Colorado; Fargo, North Dakota; Irvine, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Phoenix, Arizona

Summary:

The Wealth Transition Services Senior Manager position at Eide Bailly offers a unique opportunity to work for one of the top 25 CPA and business advisory firms in the nation. With over 41 offices in 15 states, our employees have the opportunity to serve a variety of industries and work with clients in the high net worth and ultra-high net worth space. Responsibilities:

- Review United States Estate (and Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Returns and state level estate tax returns.
- Interpret and review legal documents in relation to estate and business succession planning.
- Conduct technical research on estate, gift, and GST tax for internal clients.
- Assist high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with their tax situations.
- Manage client relationships and provide proactive solutions.
- Participate in business development and networking.
- Coach and mentor staff.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license or . (taxation).
- 7+ years of experience in gift, trust, and estate tax.
- Expertise in estate and GST tax.
- Significant experience in preparing and reviewing Federal and State level estate tax returns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in business development and networking.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: $130,000-$200,000.
