Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a Paralegal certification/degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Paralegal experience is preferred, in particular, working in a labor/employment practice and Class Action/PAGA matters. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Lexis-Nexis and WestLaw, Live Note, Document Management System, expense and billing systems. Must be a self-learner with the motivation to continuously develop skillsets, particularly pertaining to ever-changing software and technology. Native language ability in a language other than English is preferred. Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
