Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Billing team, ensuring quality and integrity of billing processes
- Monitor workload distribution and identify areas for improvement in efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of all billing functions and provide training and support as needed
- Manage and oversee all Billing Department functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct training for billing software users and maintain training materials
- Review billing progress and compile reports and analysis
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of billing functions and legal billing cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and experience with operations/financial systems (Aderant)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
