Law Firm Seeks Of Counsel Attorney for Labor and Employment Law Position in San Francisco, CA
Salary Range: $260,500-$282,500

- This position will be located in the firm's San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures.
- Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, such as commission and bonus plans.
- Create clear and easy-to-understand policies, handbooks, and other employee communication documents.
- Explain complex employment law issues in a way that is understandable for all audiences.
- Identify problem-solving options and provide pros and cons for each option to help clients make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law is a plus.
- Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques (state and federal) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with conducting trainings or workplace investigations is preferred, but not required.
