This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation and class action cases, while receiving top-notch training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on groundbreaking cases
- Prepare pleadings and contested motions
- Take and defend depositions and work with expert witnesses
- Demonstrate excellent writing ability and academic credentials
- Possess strong analytical and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of complex commercial and class action litigation experience in a law firm
- Trial experience is a plus
- Admitted to the California State Bar
- Stellar writing ability (two writing samples required)
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $275,000 to $320,000
- Eligible for annual merit increase and bonus pay
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k)
