Salary: $140,000 - $315,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits

Compensation and Benefits:
- Associates: $140,000 - $215,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses
- Income Partners: $216,000 - $315,000 per year, plus discretionary bonuses
- Hybrid work arrangement option and telecommute budget for remote work
- Billable hour requirement of 1850

- Eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses
