Responsibilities:
- Take primary responsibility for legal matters, including personal injury cases.
- Work closely with Legal Team members to develop and implement litigation strategy.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, and trial and appellate strategies.
- Analyze litigation matters and participate in decisions related to resolution strategy.
- Efficiently manage outside counsel and provide guidance to management on litigation matters.
- Provide legal advice to cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with insurance carriers and third parties.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience practicing law at a leading law firm or in-house.

- Member of a state bar in good standing.
- Preference given to candidates with prior in-house experience and experience advising technology clients.
